Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

HanOpera’s vocal coaching integrates voice science, vocal health, and performance artistry, offering tailored guidance to refine your voice, technique, and stage presence for both classical and contemporary singing.

– International repertoire: English, German, French, Italian, Japanese—covering Classical, Musical Theatre, Commercial.
– Rigorous selection: Competition classes require auditions, ensuring quality.
– Prestigious stage opportunities: Perform alongside renowned artists in professional theaters.
– Golden Standard pedagogy: Based on Dr. Han’s doctoral research and 20 years of experience, with unified faculty training.
– Boutique small classes, personalized attention.
– Efficient VF Package: 3 hours covering 5 modules, leading to faster results.
– Flexible tuition: Monthly or semester plans available.

The VF Package is a comprehensive all-in-one program designed to cover five key areas:

  • Vocal technique training

  • Music theory & ear training

  • Musical appreciation

  • Stage performance skills

  • Overall artistic development

One hour is simply not enough to explore all of this in depth. A three-hour session allows your child to complete the entire cycle in one sitting — making learning more efficient and impactful. Rather than spreading out and losing focus, students gain faster progress, deeper understanding, and lasting results. And the best part? You only need to come once a week to cover it all!

HanOpera insists on 3 hours for the VF Package to ensure visible progress and real results. This is our Golden Standard.

Many parents only look at the semester total, without realizing the density and value of the program. Take the VF Package as an example: at just over $500 per month, it includes 12–15 classes, which comes down to only $40+ per class. By comparison, a single one-on-one voice lesson usually costs $60–80 per hour and focuses on just one area.

At HanOpera, your child receives comprehensive, multi-dimensional training at a better value — not only saving money but also achieving visible progress and real results.

There are two key areas to consider:
Professional Background and Teaching Experience. A good coach should have a solid foundation in vocal performance or formal music education, along with proven success in helping students improve or transform their vocal abilities.
Teaching Method and Personal Fit. Look for a coach who uses a scientific and structured approach to vocal training. They should be able to adapt their teaching to your specific needs, whether you’re a beginner or an advanced student, and help you build healthy vocal techniques.
Finding a coach who meets both of these criteria can significantly accelerate your vocal progress and boost your confidence on stage.
