HanOpera 2025 Spring Policy
Important Classroom Policies and Safety Guidelines
Classroom Location and Safety
– Our classroom is on the second floor. The wide railings in the hallway pose a safety risk. Please escort your child to the classroom and remind them to stay away from the railings and avoid rough play.
Supervision Responsibility
– We are responsible for your child’s safety during class hours within the classroom. Once class is over or your child leaves the classroom, parental supervision takes effect.
Parent Access
– Parents are not allowed in the classroom to maintain a focused learning environment and respect student privacy.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your lessons. Make-up lessons are not available for late arrivals or absences due to personal reasons.
Late Pick-Up
– Please pick up your child on time, as we do not have staff available for supervision after class. A late fee of $20 will apply for every 10 minutes your child is picked up late. Late pick-up is counted from the end of class.
Absences
– If your child will be absent, please complete the “Time-Off Request Form” in the Contact section.
Make-up Class
– Unfortunately, we cannot offer make-up classes for any group lesson due to the operation reasons. Arriving late to class means losing that amount of time for your class, so be on time!
Payment Policy
– All tuition is due one week prior to the first lesson date.
– To enjoy the discounted price, payment must be made before the discount ends.

– The refund amount will be based on the actual amount you paid.
