Recommended Lesson Duration
– Students aged 6 and above: We recommend 60-minute lessons. If you wish to take a 45-minute lesson, please book a one-hour lesson first and then discuss adjustments with Teacher Sun.
– Children under 6: We recommend 30-minute lessons. Due to the shorter lesson duration, you may need to wait for adjustments to be made for other students.
Lesson Cancellation and Refund
Enrollment Confirmation: Your lesson time will be reserved only after full payment is made within 24 hours of enrollment.
Lesson Fees
Dr. Han: $150/45 minutes, $200/60 minutes.
Payment Methods
Zelle Pay or Credit Card. Please include the student’s name in the payment notes.
Lesson Cancellation
– 48 hours or more before the lesson: Full refund.
– 24 to 48 hours before the lesson: 50% refund.
– Less than 24 hours before the lesson: No refund.
Cancellation Method
– 1. Send a cancellation message to Teacher Sun via WeChat;
– 2. Send an email to office@hanopera.com.
Refund Standard
The refund amount will be based on the actual amount you paid. The cancellation time will be determined by the time you successfully send the cancellation message via WeChat or email.
Requirements for Participation in Concerts
Students must take at least 10 lessons per semester to be eligible to participate in piano or vocal solo concerts.
Lesson Adjustments
Please communicate with Teacher Sun in advance if you need to adjust your lesson time.
Punctuality
Please arrive on time for your lessons. Make-up lessons are not available for late arrivals or absences due to personal reasons.
Special Circumstances
In case of special circumstances, please discuss with Teacher Sun.
